ASHWAGANDHA BENEFITS

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that’s popular in Ayurvedic medicine and is valued for its thyroid-modulating, neuroprotective, anti-anxiety, antidepressant and anti-inflammatory properties.

 

It is botanically known as Withania Somnifera. It is also known as Indian Ginseng and Winter Cherry.
